Q. Can I check in early or check out late?
A. If the room is available we will let you check in with no extra charges. We also offer a late check out fee of half the room price during off peak seasons.
Q. How far are you from downtown and the nightlife of the main tourist area?
A. We are exactly 2 km from downtown and 5 km from the main tourist area. Both areas are easy to get to and not very far.
Q. What tours are available from the Tide Hotel?
A. Every tour that is available in NhaTrang can be booked through the front desk. The cost is the same as going to the tour office and you will be picked up from the lobby. No need for taxi’s and rushing to be there.
Q. What about the vendors and beggars that are always bothering us in the tourist areas in Vietnam?
A. I am happy to say that they have not found our beach to be a big source of income so it is very rare to be bothered by the pesky sales people. You will have to go to the main tourist area to experience that.
Q. Do you serve breakfast?
A. At the current time no. There is a .50 US breakfast across the street. We do plan to add very inexpensive food items soon
